2 very enjoyable days

Room comfortable. The brasserie was good. When we arrived (2.30pm) there was no food available, and the nearby pub had stopped serving food. Staff very pleasant. Ambiance of reception was good, and car parking was fine

See above about availability of food. Nothing else we can think of, except the value for money wasn’t great. The city itself is lovely, but we couldn’t find any brochures about it———only trips to elsewhere.

Good stopover with a spacious room, secure parking and friendly staff

The room was a great size for a couple plus two children. The sofa bed pulled out into a king size and they also provided a cot. Even with all the beds, there was still loads of space to move around. It was also great to have a separate loo from the main bathroom. The hotel let my husband store his bike in their basement. The town centre was a short drive away and the carparks are free on a Sunday. In the evening, we drove 5 minutes to the nearby village of Conleau and had some lovely food and drinks in a beautiful setting with fab staff!

There was no room service as it was Sunday and everything seems to close! Even the nearby supermarkets - I couldn't find anything to feed the kids so we went to a micro brewery at Maritime Gare a few mins away and got them some chips! The outside of the hotel is unappealing and the resteraunt and common areas could use some updating. Room was nice though.

I did not appreciate being chased by Booking.com to pay the bill which I had paid on leaving the hotel. This was due to poor communication by the desk staff. A little thought and checking would have been wise before assuming the customer had 'done a runner'.

The hotel and the staff were excellent the breakfast was very good , plenty of choice . I'm not sure if the restaurant which is attached is part of the hotel but we were disappointed with the meals we had.

Very good hotel for location and food and staff friendly and accommodating

Location was good by the river and was a 20 min into the city center. Breakfast was buffet style offering usual continental food plus some hot food including Bacon, Sausage and Scrambled Egg.

« Parfait pour une nuit »

Une grande chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire, literie confortable. Petit déjeuner en chambre. Le lit parapluie bébé était prêt à notre arrivée.

Le personnel du matin qui vous appelle en chambre à midi pile pour vous dire que c'est l'heure. Le petit déjeuner, malgré le fait qu'il puisse être servi en chambre, reste basique. Pas de cappuccino possible. Malgré la gentillesse du personnel du restaurant de la brasserie Edgar, cela ne compense pas la qualité des plats qui n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Nous avions pris la demi-pension, heureusement que cela ne concernait qu'une nuit. L'emplacement est très éloigné du centre, zone industrielle. De plus, il y a un grand parking dans lequel il est placardé sur tous les poteaux que la direction n'est pas responsable du vol des affaires personnelles. C'est un parking privé mais qui n'est pas sous surveillance... Il faisait très chaud dans la chambre, très bruyant lorsque vous ouvrez les fenêtres . Pas de chance, la nuit où nous avions dormi un cirque était en plein démontage cette nuit là.
